Citizens' Forum Geneva

I conducted the quota-based sampling (stratification) of the final 30 participants of the “Citizens’ Forum Geneva” (More info in FR: Forum citoyen de Genève) among the 306 volunteers who answered positively to a randomized call for participation sent out before to 3000 inhabitants of the Swiss canton of Geneva.

To ensure a fair and transparent process, a public session was held to conduct the selection with an open-source software developed by the UK non-profit Sortition Foundation. The ran on four weekends from March to May 2021.
